Ever Wonder What Happened to C.J. Sanders?

What happened to C.J. Sanders ~ You may or may not be wondering what happened to the young child star who played Ray Charles in the biopic based on his life.
Although he has left the big screen, the child star is making some major moves in a different arena. C.J. Sanders is now 19-years-old and is playing football as a freshman at Notre Dame University, which has one of the largest and most recognized football programs in the entire country.
What Happened to C.J. Sanders
Sanders was reportedly considered to be a four-star recruit in football, rated as the 37th best wide receiving prospect in his entire class, and was also rewarded with a full scholarship to the popular University. But CJ is not the only person in his family to prosper and build a successful career in football. His father, Christopher Sanders, is a former player for the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Oilers.
Sanders’ stepfather also survived 12 seasons in the NFL. So it sounds as if football is in C.J.’s blood.
