This is a video not meant to insult anyone, but to share an honest revelation I had during a recent conversation with someone. We were discussing my upcoming Black Wealth Bootcamp, and the person mentioned to me that they didn’t realize that they were lazy until they left their job.
“I thought I was a disciplined person, but only realized that I was working hard because the white man had his foot on my neck,” the person said to me.
This led me to reflect on my own life and thinking, and how many of us (myself included) have been stuck in this horrible and counter productive mindset. That’s what this video and podcast are all about (you can download the podcast above).
