NBC Fires Matt Lauer Amidst Allegations of Sexual Misconduct!

No seems to know where the gauntlet will drop next, as NBC fires Matt Lauer amidst allegations of sexual misconduct. As the hammer continues to fall around the media world as allegations of sexual misconduct are taking down some powerful names — with Matt Lauer being the latest in a growing list of journalist and celebrities to bite the bullet, we are being forced to have a dialogue about this nation’s dirty little secret.

It is important to understand that the universe is one of order, and while there may seem to be chaos, there is actually order in the chaos. Chaos is simply the universe’s method of correcting what has been corrupted in the order. Man has a penchant for attempting to bend the universe to his will, but in the end, the universe always ends. It is very similar to the stock market. There are ways to manipulate stock prices — driving them up higher than their actual value — but eventually, the market will adjust and correct itself and the correction will be in direct correspondence with the intensity in which the value was exaggerated.

This is how the universe operates. Storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc. are all the universes way of purging what is toxic and restoring order. What we are seeing is a combination of the universe restoring order and a power move by White feminist to target White men in power — a gender coup so to speak.

Blacks should not become frenetic and unglued by what we are witnessing, instead, we should be encouraged. We are witnessing the crumbling of the power structure, which is creating an opportunity for us to make our presence felt. This is the time that we should be building, unifying and properly educating and racially socializing our children to be the generation that liberates our race.

Absolutely no empire has survived forever because they are out of the natural order of the universe. They rule through subjugation and deception — meaning they build their ruling infrastructure on the platform of egocentricity instead of the empowerment of the people. The dynasties of Kemet on other African Civilizations lasted for millenniums because they provided a better life for the people. It was only after Europeans and Arabs begin infiltrating their ranks and influencing their thought did the decline begin. We will do well to learn from this. Each of us should be looking to make everyone in our periphery better.

To gain a more in-depth understanding of what all of this means for Blacks, watch the following video.

What I would like to warn against here is the proclivity of Blacks to ignore the presence of this cancer in our own communities.

When terms like pedophilia and ephebophilia are mentioned, Blacks love to deflect and speak of it as if it is a pathological scourge exclusively associated with Europeans. We pretend that nothing like that could possibly happen in Black homes. Of course, incest happens, but it is not prevalent. We pretend that our Men value our women in ways White men fail to value theirs.

We have become experts at silent condonation — the tacit approval of sexual perversion in the home by failing to confront and expose it. We pretend that the 60 percent of Black women who report being sexually abused as minors don’t exist. It must be a figment of our imagination.

The truth is that we have been deeply affected by our encounter with Europeans, especially during slavery and yes, incest is an issue in the Black community, and CSA (in many forms) is rampant in the Black community. Your silent condonation has not erased the stench of foul behavior perpetrated against our women and our children.

Nearly five years ago, I met a woman who, herself, was a victim of CSA — a survivor — a fighter. She came to me to work out some issues and afterward she would go on to write the story of her journey in one of the most transparent books I have ever read. The courage it took to write her story and share it with the world is unimaginable. While our professional relationship would end, we would eventually reconnect and I would ask her to be my wife because I wanted to forever be joined to the virtue that she exhibited.

Marion Wallace now works with women and young girls who have experienced what she experienced, showing them how to rewrite their story to create a new ending.

If you or someone you know has experienced CSA (Childhood Sexual Abuse), I promise that you will be inspired and encouraged by the story revealed in Ghettos Forgotten Daughters. Black men, I encourage you to read the book as well, but when you read the book imagine Marion being your daughter and do the best you can to relate to the pain she has to fight through. Imagine having your innocence taken from you before you are old enough to protect it on your own.

While most mean search high and low for the untainted angel, I chose the rose that grew from the concrete despite it pressures and deficiencies.
