It all comes down to working with the body you have through diet and exercise. Diet in this case refers to nutrition and is not to be confused with starving yourself. Though some cleanses are effective, they fall short in addressing how you can loose weight and maintain your new figure. The best cleanse for weight loss involves a daily strategy on how to keep the weight off. It’s a lifestyle change that requires certain factors to achieve optimum results.

It’s really easy to wake up to detox when you start making it a habit. Here is what you’ll need:

  • ½ squeezed lemon

Start with a mindset that says “I’m focused on loosing fat so I can gain muscle”. Avoid staying focused on loosing weight, as you’re more likely to loose muscle tone in that pursuit. Start every morning with a cup of green tea and a lemon to power up your digestion system.   Green tea is a great metabolism booster as well as an antioxidant. Lemon and green tea are both diuretics and will release natural acids for frequent urination. This is normal. It’s a process that flushes harmful toxins from your body.
